Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated perfectly for those looking to stay in Sauze with a convenient location near the Clotes chairlift. The rooms, though not huge, provide ample space for gear and are kept clean, spacious, and comfortable. The service, particularly housekeeping, is commendable, ensuring a pleasant and clean environment. The breakfast could use some improvement in variety, but it does set you up well for a day on the slopes. The hotel offers fun facilities like table tennis, pool, and a poker table, adding to the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and of a reasonable size, with a hot shower available, but the twin beds felt small and quite hard. They served their purpose adequately for a skiing trip, although I unfortunately ended up with an infection attributed to the room's standard of hygiene.
The hotel's location is second to none, being almost next door to the Clotes chairlift, making it the best thing about the place. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, but there was a lingering smell of bleach which was just masking the odor. The service, particularly the housekeeping, was top-notch, and the dining options, while described as cold continental, were satisfactory. The facilities, including table tennis, pool, and poker table, added to the overall experience. However, the breakfast was typical Italian, and guests often had to request additional croissants or bread rolls.
